Currently there are four regional teams reviewing cases. The Eastern Oklahoma Regional Child Death Review Team (Team 5) meets in Muskogee, the Southeastern Oklahoma Regional Child Death Review Team (Team 4) meets in Shawnee, the Southwestern Oklahoma Regional Child Death Review Team (Team 2) meets in Duncan and the Tulsa Regional Child Death Review Team (Team 6) meets in Tulsa.

Currently the State Board reviews the deaths that occur in Nortwest (Team 1)and central (Team 3) Oklahoma regions.

The goal of the Oklahoma Child Death Review Board is to create six regional review teams which would review the deaths that occur in their area and report the information and recommendations to the State Board.
